Q1 Is there a fee for canceling the work after the estimate?: We will confirm whether or not any work is needed when we provide the estimate. If we do not perform the work, there is no charge.

Q2 What is the estimated delivery time?: We will ask you for details when you contact us, and we can give you an approximate time of delivery.

Q3 Is it possible to expedite my order?: It depends on the contents of the request and the status of our staff at that time, so do consult us. Please note that an express fee may be charged.
